Tim Gustafson was first licensed and insured as a general building contractor in 1973 when he formed Gustafson Construction. However, his construction experience began at age 15 while working summers and after school with his father in Bellingham, Washington. 

Tim has since served as a custom home builder in the desert of Southern California since 1986. His son, Brian Gustafson, joined the family business in 2005. Growing up, Brian spent many days on job sites with his dad and always knew his heart was in construction. Brian now holds the state contractors license and runs the day to day operations of the company.
